We are. It is the packaging system that currently exists as part of
the prototype Indiana Special Sauce Project. While there /are/
future desires, right now IPS is simply a prototype that is being
developed outside of the Nevada Admin/Install/ON source tree.

The ARC does not review products. It instead reviews the various
projects that are implementing features, bugfixes and other related
changes - projects that then integrate into components which are
used to construct products.

The consolidations-of-record out in OpenSolarisLand include
	Admin.Nevada
	Install.Nevada
	ON.Nevada
	Xorg.11r7(iirc)
Note that there is no "Indiana" consolidation.

ARC review is needed[*] before integrating something into one
of these consolidations; while it would be beneficial for the
teams to ARC Early and Often, as long as they do it before
integration, it /is/ their call as to when and how they interact
with the ARC.

At some time before integrating into Nevada's ON/Admin/Install, yes.

Would I like to see ARC interaction (not necessarily commitment)
before going into ANY distro snapshot? Damn right I would - because
I feel it contributes to community building, better architecture,
and a more transparent and open process. But, I'm only one voice,
even though I talk a lot :-)
