When I set up the OS.o ARC community way back when, I explicitly
mapped the set of PSARC members to ARC Community Core Contributers,
and Interns/Licensees to Contributers.  In hindsight, I'm not so sure
that bundling interns and Licensees together was the right thing to do,
even though there doesn't seem to be any real harm in doing so.

This leaves us with
	Members - Core Contributers  who can vote on cases,

	Interns and Licensees - Contributers who can file fasttracks,

	Subscribers to the opensolaris-arc alias - observers and community
		members who are expected to participate in discussions, and
		whose opinions are listened to (but not always agreed with)

It is appropriate to ask if there is anyone who feels that they should be
considered as formal Contributers or Core Contributers, now would be a
good time to say something, keeping in mind that the Licensee, Intern and
Member role expectations are more than simply "being an active email
contributer on the alias"

Jim set out the Intern/Contributer expectations very well; historically
Member/CoreContriobuters have all been promoted from within the ranks of
Interns - I don't expect that to change.
