That _seems_ reasonable, but we haven't actually made the switch, have
we?
Part of "making the switch" would be to set out a new SAC policy: ARC
chairs may no longer name interns, at least not the PSARC chair and
probably not the LSARC chair. Instead, the standard OpenSolaris
'contributor' identification process must be used within the ARC
Community Group.
We are clearly _not_ using that process yet. I'm willing to start,
but I think we're going to have some bits of baby left in the
bathwater, including the "3 meetings" rule and the "talk with the
chair" checkpoint.
