[arc-discuss] Using bugzilla to track opening old case materials?

The thread in ogb-discuss about what we could use bugzilla to track,
and the mail I sent earlier this week about the ICU opinion/C++ policy
collided in my head this morning, leading to the following thought:

 Should we create an ARC documents category on defects.opensolaris.org,
 with a subcat to track requests to open old cases and a subcat for
 producing open ARC policy/best practices documents?
