[arc-discuss] trivial PSARC case needs owner (nc(1) portlist syntax)

Hi all (and especially PSARC members/interns/licensees),

This request was sent to one of the internal mailing lists but it seems 
it did not get enough traction there so I am resending it to the public 
ones.

Would someone be willing to submit a trivial case for nc(1) portlist 
syntax change ? (RFE 6691168) It should have the following properties:
   - open
   - qualifies as self-reviewed/approved-automatic (I believe)
   - patch binding is desired but not required
   - submitted on behalf of external contributor

The code has been reviewed and tested; PSARC case is the last remaining 
step before RTI submission.
