Except I think it was discussed on psarc-members, not psarc-ext.
I'm not sure if psarc-members-ext makes sense, since it would basically
overlap in purpose with arc-discuss at opensolaris.org, but having the
alias forward may help members remember to use it. (For those not
familiar with the aliases, mail sent to psarc@ is supposed to be for
a case review, and various people get automated complaint mail for
every mail to psarc@ or lsarc@ that doesn't have a case number in the
subject line so that it can be properly auto-archived in the case
directory. The -members aliases were then created to go to the same
people (not just the members) but with the intent of discussions not
around a case, thus not going through the auto-archiving tools and not
generating the automated complaint mail for subjects without case ids.)
