There is no such inherent guarantee.  As a project or community
maintainer, I can do whatever I want with my sandbox on the OSo website
with no guarantees whatsoever except for those I choose to invent.  I
don't know if we (the ARC community) made such guarantees.

If there are cross references to these URLs in existing case materials,
then it might be worth considering.  Aside from that, I personally don't
think it would be out of the question to start from scratch with new
URLs to case materials.
