xml_build-bsmrecord.patch: initial import

adt.xsd: extended for bsmrecord-specific data
adt_xml.txt: adt comments/formats etc. added from bsmrecord
auditxml.pm: extended to handle new tags
new audit_record_xml: generate adt_ part of audit_record_attr
Makefile: included audit_record_xml in build
audit_record_attr.txt: removed adt_ events

TODO:
- the whole thing needs polishing/oop encapsulation; see eg.  audit_record_xml
  how it has to treat $entry because there are no accessors for it...
- imported AuditMagic scripts (auditxml.pm...) need better API for accessing
  event/entry/... values
