Hi Anil,

We'd love to have your help.  I plan to send out the proposal for the 
student research awards soon.  They are actually quite open-ended.  If 
we go with that proposal, a student and faculty member would make a 
joint proposal on research they are interested in conducting.  This 
research may or may not result in code.  Students are also welcome to 
participate in the other part of the program too...
