[awards-program] Thursday's meeting

Perhaps today, those of us in Menlo Park planning to call into the 4pm 
meeting could congregate in a meeting room in either MPK17 or 18, and 
attend the call together. This way we can begin filling out the 
template, begin to get other collateral together, etc..

I'll plan on being in MPK between about 3pm & 7pm to get as much work 
done as possible on this project.
