Participants in this Contest will begin by declaring a problem statement and proposing a solution.
Proposals may be framed within the context of a business proposition, or could simply be a description of the solution,
and can be either for profit or altruistic motives.  Participants, must then submit their solution,
with a requirement that any software component(s) execute on an OpenSolaris(TM) based operating enviornment...."
