[awards-program] why I cann't receive password email?

I have registered in awards.opensolaris.org. It says a email has been sent
to my email address.But I didn't receive any email.for almost several
hours.So I try re-register.then It says a user with same email address
already registered. I try 'forget password'button,and still,didn't receive
any email. Gmail can't recevice this system's email? By the way,it's not
in trash box

2.the deadline is December 16, 2008,is that the deadline to submit project
codes?
