Hi All,

Here is the list of countries that we can now add to the
contests: Austria, Cambodia, Croatia, New Zealand, the Philippines,
Romania, Singapore, and Venezuela. *Jesse* please update the online 
rules.  We also need to figure out how to get the word out that these 
countries have been added.

Also, I know we have a few outstanding eligibility questions on
contractors and campus ambassadors.  I don't have anything new to report
yet, but hope to get back to all of you next week.
