[awards-program] Student Grant program and Today's meeting

Hi Folks,

Attached is the first draft of the Call for Proposals for the Student 
Grant program.  I've also attached the Grant Agreement a grant recipient 
would need to sign if they were awarded a grant.  Please review these 
documents and be prepared to discuss them at our next meeting on Tuesday 
January 22nd at 4pm PT.  We will not have a meeting today.
