Thank you for your interest! We plan to have the official grant rules posted 
early next week. You will need to submit a proposal in May, following these 
rules. Winning proposals will be selected and announced within about a month 
after that, grants paid in August, and research projects due in December. 
Specific dates will be in the rules.
