How to submit?

I am trying to submit a contest (Super with SuperScheduler and SuperWatchdog).
But the link 
 
 ftp://opensolaris.org  in the "How do I submit my contest entry?" section of 
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/awards/awards_land/awards_FAQ/
is not valid.
 
I tried to send email to contest-submission at opensolaris.org, but the email
bounced back.
