[awards-program] Status and Availability

Hi Ben-

Thanks for the note. The awards program is done, save for the 
registration and submission system. This should be going live this week.

Mostly, all we have to finish is the grant program which, for the most 
part, is not something you'd necessarily be interested in. When we get 
the rules document back from the lawyers, I'll be sure to ping you 
before we pass final judgment on it. It would definitely be interesting 
to hear your thoughts.
