Here are my notes from today's meeting. Please feel free to make edits!

Status of Registration Functionality

- James received the password during this call.  He is working on 
migrating the web pages over to the zone right now.  Will aim to test by 
tomorrow morning.
- Alta will assist with general editing.

How do we promote the contest?
------------------------------
Send email announcements to:
- Campus Ambassadors
- osol-announce
- osol-discuss
- all the user groups
- email everyone who subscribed to opensolaris.org
- can we contact project/community leaders to send announcements to 
their communities etc...
- send the note to the summit attendees
Put something up on:
- front page
- front page of genunix site
- front page of advocacy
Promote on:
- BigAdmin
- SDN blog

Action Items
------------
AI - Teresa - ask other teams about how they are promoting
AI - Teresa - ask if any general promotion is happening
AI - James - make sure list of registrants is provided
AI - James - migrating over to the zone right this minute!
