[awards-program] any announcement?

Hi,

Thanks for the reminder!  We are in the process of unpacking the 
submissions and confirming receipt with the folks that made submissions. 
  We are a small team here so things are going a bit more slowly than 
expected.  We'll send out an announcement soon about the proposals we 
received, and another with the recipients of the grants in early June.
