That would be awesome. Currently Manish has started on KDE4.

Either end of first week or second week of June is what is being
thought of for 0.7.1
Having 0.7.1 is an opportunity to fix bugs, do some cleanup of the
current spec files, etc while the work for 0.8 is being done in
parallel.

There will be a 0.8 in quick succession. That would be a more suitable
target for KDE4.
