Two things:

1) The initial releases of BrandZ did not support RedHat 3 Update 8.  How old is your version?  You can tell if your version supports installation of RHEL3U8 by checking /usr/lib/brand/lx/distros for the file "rhel38.distro."

2) We currently only support installation of the "Advanced Sever" version of RHEL.

3) It looks like you're missing some ISOs; every ISO set of RHEL3U8 I've seen either has four CD ISOs or a single DVD ISO.
