The log file you attached is confusing, to say the least.  It looks like it
installed the RPMs from disk 1 twice, and then just stopped.  I don't even
have a theory as to why either of these might happen.

> $ zoneadm -z centos install -d /home/matty/CentOS/

Try doing this, and then send us the resulting logfile:

	$ zoneadm -z centos install -v -d /home/matty/CentOS/

The '-v' will enable verbose output, which will hopefully give us a little
more insight into what is going on.

Also, please send the output of:
	zonecfg -z centos info
	ls -l /home/matty/CentOS

I don't really know what that will tell us, but maybe we'll get lucky.
