That is correct. You even get Trusted Extensions for no
charge, too. The licensing model for Solaris 10 and all
the features it includes is quite, quite different from
the pre-Solaris 10 licensing model.

Probably, and probably - check Oracle's TechNet for more info.

I sure hope so. I would be very surprised if you could not do this.
