While it may not be the best term, "Published" is one that is used in
the industry. Perhaps others have better suggestions. (I'm not sure how
translatable "Published" is.) A pop-up may work, but the changing
meaning means the text needs to be somewhat dynamic.

Yes, it does deserve a bit of thought, especially if it requires going
outside of standard forms. It may help to know the various property
types we may need to think about (like your zone example). Do you have
some ideas about the various thinks it will need to cover?
