I'm a little lost in the replies that were going around
last night. What exactly do we want to fix? As I said earlier,
the convention right now is that the DLD*PROP ioctls have
prop numbers prefixed with "DLD". Both libdladm and the drivers
need access to the property numbers, and libdladm issues the
DLD*ioctl.
Piling a re-org of all this in the "ndd compat" case runs the
risk of worsening any incongruities that exist.
