I'm a bit confused; the interfaces are still listed as "Committed", but I
thought they'd been changed to "Consolidation Private"?  Also, the
prototype for mac_register_priv_prop() doesn't appear to have the
constified/unsigned arguments we discussed.  Am I looking at the right
version?
