Folks,

the Brussels team has put together a first pass at a whitepaper
for BigAdmin. We'd appreciate review and comments.

The objective of this paper is to provide an overview
of the features available, and how/when to apply them. Many thanks
to Ted You, Chenlu Chen and May Lin for providing input on
the e1000g and nxge sections, and to Raoul for helping the 
Brussels team put this document together.
