IIRC, Legal had OKed Draft 3, and it was making its way around various levels of senior management for their approval. Is my recollection correct? If so, what are the chances that it'll get the OK before Xmas? And, IIRC, the CAB/OGB terms expire on January 1. I think we should plan on concluding our work and schedule a vote for ratification and election of the first OGB for mid January. ....Roy
