Hi all,

With the Christmas break fast approaching, I was wondering
where we were vis-a-vis the Governance.  IIRC, Legal had
OKed Draft 3, and it was making its way around various
levels of senior management for their approval.  Is my
recollection correct?

If so, what are the chances that it'll get the OK before
Xmas?  Even though ratification is practically impossible
before year end now, it would be nice to start the new year
from the position of being able to start the ratification
process.

And, IIRC, the CAB/OGB terms expire on January 1.  I think we
should plan on concluding our work and schedule a vote for
ratification and election of the first OGB for mid January.
