Then simply reformat this email and post it to cab-discuss with an
appropriate Subject: line (request to be recognized as a core contributor)
and it'll be acted upon. Any CAB/OBG member can approve the request and I
can tell you that yours and Ians are a no-brainer! :)
But we must apply some form of organized process to these requests and
generate an "audit trail" of sorts, so that a persons right to vote can be
ascertained if there was, for example, a dispute over the election process
or results.
I would request that subject line be adhered to as strictly as possible -
since many OpenSolaris participants are already drowning in a sea of
email!
