  The Tools community group mailed me to add Rich to their Core
  Contributor ranks.

  I'm not sure how to fix ON's leads, which are the present CRT
  advocates.  Jurgen would be sensible there, or as an "at-large" Core
  Contributor.  (I'm not sure about other community groups.)
