So, I worry about doing this, because it may mean that we get a ton of Core
Contributors nominating all sorts of people without the actual candidate
themselves *wanting* to go for the OGB. That's why I prefer the candidate
sending the mail, because it implies they're actually passionate about the OGB
and the responsibility being undertaken (you'd hope).

Perhaps a follow up message from a Core Contributor is better? Shrug.
