[caiman-discuss] Updated hsfs changes with modified kstat usage

Hi,

   As per the kstat usage suggestions I have updated the code
to also print the mountpoint in the kstats. The webrev is as usual
here:

I have tested these with more than one mounted hsfs filesystems.
If I do not hear any further suggestions regarding this by Wednesday,
I will assume the code review to be done :)

I will then proceed with the next step in the process: doing 4 full
OpenSolaris nightly builds (debug &  non-debug x86 and SPARC) and
then submitting the RTI.
