Hi Frank,

I have just sent out code review for

973 - UI for language selection should be invoked during boot process

It will display language screen during boot process and prompt
user for selecting language which desktop should pick up for localization.

Dave pointed out, that this value might not be what we would like to use,
since it differs from the one used for keyboard screen.

Also current design of this screen is probably not compliant with
what you would like to have in this case.

Could you please comment on suggested changes and let me know, how
this screen should look like and what the behavior should be as far
as UI is concerned ?
