[caiman-discuss] What belongs in SUNWinstall vs SUNWinstall-libs

It's not clear to me from looking at the prototype_com files how you decide
what belongs in each of these packages. Evan suggested that the dividing 
line
might be which .so's remain on the system after an install. In which 
case I need
to move the ti and transfer module stuff. Or is there some other 
deciding factor?
