Even though the core dump signature looks different,
I think it is very similar to defect 7944.

It looks like the code was operating on disk
'c9t200500A0B826FD7Dd1' when the segfault occured.

If the machine hasn't been rebooted since this failure,
could you try the following and report the results -

# ls -al /dev/rdsk/c9t200500A0B826FD7Dd1*|wc -l
