I understand there are alot of bugs but half the detail I have presented on this bug are not in the details. I have even presented options to reproduce. One of them is simple to do from the failsafe entry(ramfs image) under grub on a hard disk install greater than or equal to B85 (a low effort test).

I am now trying to use mdb to get finer details. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
