I note that a bunch of the copyright statements aren't in the currently
correct form.  Even if this is how they were when the files were deleted,
they probably should be updated, though I'd leave the copyright year alone.

Isn't one of the issues with not integrating these terminfo files into the
WOS that their copyright is likely GPL?  If that's the case, then why isn't
the copyright file a copy of the GPL?

Otherwise, it looks fine.
