Yes, the ogg stuff is not checked back in yet.  I have submitted an RTI to
do that.  Once that is done, I will do the copyright RTI, and then the non-root one
when it is finished.

I have modified the copyright file in pkgdefs as you suggest.  The webrev
is updated with that.
