[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of SFWmpack and SFWmpackS packages

This is a code review request for the update of the mpack packages to version 1.6.  The webrev is at 

http://companion.sunfreeware.com/downloads/mpackwebrev/

Aside from the usual version number updates, the patch files were changed as only one was needed
to change to the use of /usr/tmp to /var/tmp.  The Makefile.sfw was put into a more standard form.

A METADATA file was added and copyrights updated where needed.

A clean nightly build was done on Nevada 56.
