[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update to SFWmpage and SFWmpageS packages

This is a code review request for the update of the mpage packages to version 2.5.5.  The webrev is at

http://companion.sunfreeware.com/downloads/mpagewebrev/

The structure of this build has been slightly different from some other packages.  The webrev is more complicated because the source files themselves are svn added.  Some changes to Makefile.sfw had to be made to obtain a clean build.

This builds with no errors on Nevada 56 and installs properly with pkgadd.
