[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of SFWsudo (sudo) Package

The commit for the sudo update below has been done.  This is a new code review request
for a further update to sudo version 1.6.9p4.  As requested,  support for pam has been
added.

The webrev is at

Changes are updates of version numbers where needed and the
--with-pam option addition.

This builds cleanly for NV 69.
