[companion-discuss] Updating squid to 3.0 STABLE1

Hi,
      I would like to know the list's opinion on this,
The squid web-proxy server has recently released the first version of 3.0
Squid to 3.0 STABLE1
 Given that it is STABLE*1*, I think it is not ready for sfwnv-webstack
(we already carry 2.6 STABLE17 in webstack, and the users of 2.6 would
want 2.6 line to be carried forward too as it is not completely compatible.)
But it would be nice to make the squid 3.0 package available in Solaris as it
is a complete rewrite of squid. Given these, I would like to update the companion-cd
squid package to 3.0

Do let me know if you think this is ok for companion-cd.
