Very clever find.  It was a problem with umask not being set to 022 properly.  I
have fixed that problem on my build machine.

I have removed the now unneeded dir fix in the emacspeak install-sfw.

I have also fixed all the copyright files and updated the date to 2007 where needed.
The webrev at

has these changes.  I know of no other changes or fixes that need to be done.
