[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of SFWmutt (mutt) Package

This is a code review request for the update of the SFWmutt (mutt) packages to version 1.4.2.3.

The webrev is at

The details are:

1.  Update of the source code file.
2.  Update of the mutt version numbers in all relevant files.
3.  Modification of the patch.Muttrc file to match current Muttrc file.
4.  Update of copyright dates.
5.  Addition of METADATA file.

This builds with no problem on NV 62 and installs properly giving a working mutt
system.
