Mutt's one of those packages whose development branch has been in
development for years, and the stable branch almost completelly dead for
just about the same amount of time.  I don't think it's particularly worth
integrating 1.4, and that it would be better to integrate the latest 1.5.
Same would apply to fvwm, at least, maybe others.
