[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of SFWxpdf (xpdf) Package

This is a code review request for the update of the SFWxpdf package to version 3.02.

The webrev is at

Changes were:

1.  Update of version numbers and source code.
2.  Update of copyrights and deletion of sccs ids.
3.  Addition of a METADATA file.

The package builds with no errors in Nevada 62 and test installation of SFWxpdf gives
an executable that displays a variety of test pdf files correctly.
