[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of Snort Package

This is a code review request for the update of the Companion CD Snort packages from version 2.0.0 to version 2.6.1.3.

Aside from the update of the software, the main change has been the elimination of
the old snort rules that were originally included in the 2.0.0 packages.  This was a very old 
version of snort and contained vulnerabilities that are corrected in the new version.  All
of the rules have changed names.  The modified README.SFWsnort file indicates that
user should always download the latest snort Community or subscription rule sets
and install them.  The snort configuration file should point to those rule locations.

This snort version was build on Nevada 56 with no errors apparent.
