[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of the Joe editor package

The is a request for a code review of the update of the joe editor package on the Companion CD from version 3.1 to 3.5.  The webrev is at

Changes made were relatively simple including version updates in the Makefile.sfw,
install-sfw, prototype_com etc.  A new rc was also added as well as a METADATA
file.

A full nightly build on Nevada 56 finishes with no errors.  A test install of the SFWjoe package
produces a working joe executable.
