I have already asked this question, and i will ask it again:
What am I being asked to vote on ? Another mission statement ?
If that is so, is there a Draft of this mission statement somewhere I
can read, before I can consider whether I should vote "Yes" or "No" ?
Am I being asked to vote on something which does not yet exist ?
