[companion-discuss] Posts sitting in moderation Q over the weekend

Over the weekend some messages that were getting posted to sfwnv-discuss
and companion-discuss were getting held (moderated) due to being posted by
non-members and a "too many recipients" limit. As a new, "temp" moderator
of these 2 lists, I went in and approved (released) all of them last night.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Legitimate moderated posts shouldn't
sit in the queue for that long.

P.S. I also raised the recipients limit from 10 to 15.
